As a service provider for deco-service, merchandising and shop windows, we always have to be one step ahead. There are 12 employees at our headquarters in Munich which means that we are still a small agency – led by the owner. This provides us with the necessary flexibility and speed, in order to realise our clients’ ambitious projects to a high standard.

Structure

Our headquarters are in Munich, from where we support our clients.

We also manage our projects in Switzerland, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Spain, France and Italy from here.

As a client you will only have one contact person, and they will be in Munich. You will discuss all of the supported countries with the same project manager – this means that nothing gets lost and you will only have to say it once. We also look after Russia with visual merchandisers from Europe.

Philosophy

Everything has to look good! That is our philosophy.

Everything – and we really mean everything makes an impression.

The end user decides within seconds, whether you are right for them or not. There are many factors, which influence this first impression. The ambience, the lighting, the orientation, the principles of arrangement and many other things. The general level of visual merchandising and retail design is improving rapidly. This means it’s time to act, and continuously – we will do that for you.

Online database

Trust is good – online control is better!

You will be able to access all photographs and reports on our database conveniently, from everywhere, and arranged in an
orderly manner.

All visits will be stored on the online database as soon as possible. We check each project for you. You can add your notes to a comment field for each date. You will be able to download excel reports and export photos via drag and drop for the purpose of internal communication within the company.
